PROJECT NAME: District Boardroom Modernization
KEY CONSIDERATIONS
• Update audio and visual technologies throughout
• Create a control booth with visual and audio connection to space
• Select timeless and classic finishes
• Flexible furniture, easy to reconfigure
The district Boardroom underwent a major renovation to enhance its audio and visual capabilities. A new sound system was designed to balance audio distribution throughout the space, ensuring every voice could be heard clearly, whether in a collaborative discussion or during a public broadcast. Control of this advanced technology was seamlessly integrated into a wireless system, allowing for effortless operation from the control booth.
In addition to the main boardroom, auxiliary spaces were also created, including an overflow room that provided clear sight lines into the primary meeting space, ensuring all participants felt included. A hospitality corner was also updated, designed to enhance the overall experience for guests. The furniture was carefully selected for its versatility, allowing for quick reconfigurations to accommodate a variety of functions—from formal meetings to casual gatherings.
This upgrade transformed the boardroom into a contemporary space for collaboration and decision-making.
The existing dais received a makeover, featuring new finishes that offered a clean, classic aesthetic. It was equipped with high-quality wireless microphones that significantly improved sound clarity, and fully adjustable touchscreen monitors, which provided real-time data and visual aids at the fingertips of speakers and participants alike.
