PROJECT SCOPE

• New heating and HVAC system
• New roof, including solar panels
• New elevator, mechanics & cab
• Accessibility improvements throughout
• Unit kitchen & bathroom finish upgrades
• New windows (replace like kind, same size)
• New light fixtures (replace with LED fixtures)
• Energy efficiency improvements to meet TCAC requirements
• New exterior paint, including a mural

ENTRY + PLANTER

The building’s entry was updated by removing the existing concrete planter and walkway. The walkway was re-sloped to meet accessibility requirements and a new tiled platform installed along with new railings, windows, lighting and paint.

    During the design development phase, one of my responsibilities was preparing presentations for client and resident meetings.

  • DRAWINGS

    These construction drawing details of the community room kitchen are examples of the drawings developed in Revit.

  • FINISHES + FURNITURE

    Throughout the project, I sourced a variety of finishes such as flooring materials, light fixtures, and plumbing fixtures. I also worked with multiple furniture vendors to select the final pieces for the project.
