• Seismic retrofit
• New heating & ventilation system upgrades
• New PVC roof with elevated walkway
• New elevator, mechanics, mechanical room (on roof) & cab
• New community room & kitchen
• New shared showers & kitchens
• Unit & bathroom upgrades
• Accessibility improvements throughout
• Energy efficiency improvements to meet TCAC requirements
• Window replacement (replace like kind, same size)
• New light fixtures (replace with LED fixtures)
• New exterior paint

 

REVISION TO PERMIT - REAR YARD DECK

Prior to construction, the narrow existing rear yard was used for some flower beds and discarded bike storage. As part of the building renovation, a new Ipe deck was built with LED string light above.

For the revision to the original permit set, I prepared the drawings and documents and then acquired approval stamps at each relevant station.
